DAN WIRTH
Dan Wirth developed the series of iShape strength training programs which are specifically geared towards helping people develop strength and tone while losing weight. Dan has a Master's degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Iowa and is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is also certified as a Level 1 Club Coach by the United States Weight Lifting Federation.

DEANNA MONCRIEF, M.S., C.N.S.
Deanna Moncrief holds the highly regarded Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) designation from the American College of Nutrition and a Master's of Science degree in Nutrition. Her company, WellSource Consulting, trains Human Resource executives on the best practices of employee wellness programs, helping companies to increase profitability by reducing employee health risks. Deanna is also a guest lecturer at the John A. Burns School of Medicine in Honolulu, Hawaii, and conducts a nutrition call series for Accenture employees worldwide. Deanna earned her Master's of Science degree in Nutrition and Clinical Dietetics at the Rosalind Franklin School of Science and Medicine (formerly The Chicago Medical School) in Chicago, IL. She earned her undergraduate degree in nutrition at the University of Hawaii. She resides in Hawaii with her family.

HEATHER FUHR
Heather has been racing in the sport of triathlon for the past 17 years. Throughout her career she has specialized in Ironman distance racing. With 15 Ironman victories to her credit she is second only to the great Paula Newby Fraser on the all time Ironman Win List. Included in those 15 Ironman victories is a World Championship title at the 1997 Ironman World Triathlon Championships in Kona, Hawaii.

PAUL HUDDLE
Paul Huddle has been coaching triathletes since 1994. He competed as a top level professional for 11 years, winning an Ironman title and finishing as one of the top Americans at the Ford Ironman World Championship during his racing career. Paul holds a BS in food science from the University of Arizona (Go Cats!). He was closely involved in the early development of the USAT triathlon coaching certification program and is also a USA Cycling Elite Coach. Currently he is the Race Director of Ford Ironman Arizona and the Ford Ironman California 70.3 at Oceanside. Throughout the year he can be heard on AM 1090 in San Diego co-hosting the endurance sports oriented radio show The Competitors with the inimitable Bob Babbitt. During the Ford Ironman World Championship race week every October, he'll usually be found back in Kona, dispensing wisdom, offering insightful commentary on the Ironmanlive.com webcast.

KEVIN MACKINNON
Kevin has been coaching for more than 25 years, beginning as tennis pro and eventually becoming one of Canada’s premier triathlon coaches. As a runner he was both a provincial and national champion at Queens University. He competed as a professional triathlete for nine years, and was named Ontario's Ironman of the year in 1989. His resume includes many national and international triathlon and duathlon victories, and he was the second Canadian finisher at the Ford Ironman World Championship in Hawaii both times he raced there.
